Jonathan is interested in receiving any exciting score commissions!

He is particularly interested in the combination of popular instruments with those commonly associated with the classical idiom.


His album 'Automata' (2016) was written as the final project of his composition module at Bangor University.

While Jonathan's work exhibits a modern approach to composition, his eclectic range of influences are never far away.

These include:

Jazz Fusion; Progressive Rock; Heavy Metal; Spectral Music; Ambient Music; Post-Minimalism; and Folk.


He was taught composition at Bangor University by renowned contemporary composers Jochen EisentrautAndrew LewisGuto Puw, and Pwyll ap Siôn.
