Jonathan has been teaching music professionally since 2016, with a focus on remote online learning.  

His specialisations include pop/jazz piano, composition, orchestration, and music theory.

With a master's degree in "Composition and Sonic Art" from Bangor University, Jonathan's extensive portfolio spans multiple genres including concert hall, film, and popular music. 

His piece 'Upper Structures' was performed by the BBC National Orchestra of Wales in 2022.
